Join us in commemorating Matariki, the Māori New Year by embracing the ancient tradition of weaving.

We will use two weaving techniques: Weaving Matariki motifs using colourful paper strips, plus we will also use small cardboard looms to create a woven square.

This is a mindful workshop that is great for connecting communities.

When: Wednesday, 26 June, 10.00 am - 12.00 pm

Where: Mangare Bridge Library, 5 Church Road, Māngere Bridge, Auckland, New Zealand.

The ReCreators are on a mission to show the world how to reduce and reuse our natural resources. It's easy, fun, creative, and sustainable.

Join us on our journey!
