Following on from the sold out Puanga/Matariki season we continue observing their rising as we head toward spring.

One of our volunteers will take you on a guided personal tour of the night sky from sunset till sunrise. The galactic center moves directly over making Aotearoa the perfect place to view it, and the stars of Matariki rise earlier to be clearly seen before sunset.

Our all weather planetarium offers guaranteed viewing of the every Saturday, and for those keen to brave the winter cool air we offer bonus telescope viewing after the main tour.

Maximum 24 passengers per tour, everyone has a seat.
Minimum age 5, recommended 8 and above.

Due to the duration of the tour and target audience, we do not allow children under 5 to the evening tours. Please check our website regularly as we will be offering tours for toddler and preschool astronauts in the near future.
