These school holidays join Kendra at East Coast Bays Library for an incredible Matariki event! Learn each star’s name and what it correlates to including the South Island Te Waipounamu star Puanga or Puaka. Tamariki will also learn and sing a Matariki waiata and learn the art of weaving whetū stars from harakeke.
