The reappearance of the Matariki constellation represents the end of the Māori lunar year, marking the beginning of a new year, so we celebrate our mid-winter new chapter and all the new opportunities that come with this.

This is the perfect time to turn over that new chapter, to try something new, or to reset your focus for the second half of the year. Mari will lead us through a grounding flow to turn inward and reflect on what you have achieved this year so far, and what you would love to include in the second half of the year ahead. The class is suitable for all levels so do not stress if you've never done yoga before!

This will be a 45-minute class, starting at 7am, which will be followed by your choice of smoothie bowl for breakfast afterwards.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, we will have a few available to borrow if you need.

Bring yourself, your mates, your partner - whoever you think would really benefit from some self-care and time to reflect.
