🌟MATARIKI - YIN, YOGA NIDRA & SOUND🌟

Join Kanea from Mellow Yoga and Athena from Purple Goddess & Co for a serene and heartfelt evening to honour the rising of Matariki – a time to reflect, rest, and reconnect.

Together, we’ll gently journey through yin yoga, a Matariki-inspired yoga nidra, and the healing vibrations of sound bowls. This offering is about slowing down, connecting to the energy of the stars, and setting intentions for the year ahead while acknowledging the path we’ve walked.

The yoga practice will be shared with elements of Te Reo Māori, and the guided yoga nidra meditation will weave in themes of Matariki – renewal, remembrance, and hope.

No experience is needed – simply come as you are. Everyone is welcome in this space.
