Join us for a deeply restorative and soulful evening in celebration of Matariki - a time of remembrance, reflection, and renewal.

Led by Nickee and Anatman, this two-hour journey will gently guide you through mediation, breathwork, and vinyasa yoga, enhanced with intuitive adjustments and the grounding aroma of blue lotus meditation oil.

Nickee is a pilates, yoga and fitness instructor who practices locally weaving together breath, movement, and te reo Māori. An evening focused at feeling more comfortable, connected, and mindful in your body—creating space to reflect, reset, and realign during this sacred time of year.

Anatman is a music producer and audio engineer who creates immersive sound journeys deeply inspired by his personal journey into Buddhism and meditation. A combination of digital sound design with his own recordings of nature, Anatman brings his performances to life by playing traditional instruments - such as singing bowls, chimes, rainsticks, rattles, and flutes - live.

You’ll be offered Kiss The Earth's Blue Lotus tea and Blue Lotus Tincture before practice to set intention and invite presence. Blue Lotus is widely recognised for its calming influence, supporting a sense of peace and heightened awareness. It is believed to be an adaptogen, which may support relaxation, and sleep quality.
