    Event description

    Matcha is a special form of green tea, specially grown and prepared for deeper flavour. It is the food highest in antioxidants, and helps with weight-loss and general well-being. However, its nutritional properties are easily destroyed if not prepared with care.

    In this class, you'll learn, cook and eat your way through delicious matcha dishes, including:

    * Matcha Blacmange
    * Two-colour Mochi ball with Yuzu & Matcha An-paste
    * Cold Soba with Matcha Broth
    * Matcha Popcorn
    * Yuzu Matcha Mocktail

    No washing or other boring stuff involved - all you'll do is learn, cook, and eat!
    You'll get hands-on practice, following detailed and easy-to-follow demonstrations from Yoshiko.
