FAQs

Can I bring a friend/sibling?

Yes as long as they have also registered for a ticket. Unfortunately we are not able to accomodate for walk ins on the day due to limited capacity.

Do I have to get permission from my parents?

If you are under 18 and have not been connected to headspace Syndal before yes, we will email you a consent form for your parent/guardian to sign and return back to us. If you have used headspace services before you are all good to go :)

I'm a parent can I attend with my young person?

Unfortunately not for the group. You are welcome to help your young person get settled into the space before the group but we ask that the group is for young people only.

Does matcha have caffine?

Yes matcha does contain caffine.

Can I register for multiple people using just one person's details?

No we ask that each person fills out a seperate registration form with their own personal contact details.
