What do the $$'s Do?
• $50 supports training materials for 3 x Connectors who will go on to become the contact person on site for support.
• $100 supports 1 hr of case management: which could be several people, or one person needing time, receiving direct support from MATES social workers.
• $1,000 supports 2 x trainers for a day of training General Awareness and Connector sessions: potentially hundreds or workers learning about the problem of suicide in our industry.
• $2,000 supports 2 x trainers to present an ASIST course: 30 people ASIST trained and able to create a safe plan for a struggling mate in their workplaces.
