Coonawarra Running Festival and Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation proudly present Mates, Meals and Mental Health in Penola!

Mates, Meals and Mental Health is a program to support local communities and foster mental health conversations.

Join us in a relaxed evening at Raidis Estate, where we have the whole night planned, inspiring guest speakers and engaging activities to get us thinking about how to be there for those who matter for us.

Order of events:

6 pm: arrival (pizzas included, drinks available for purchase)
6.30 pm: start - John Mannion, Breakthrough CEO, Setting the Scene
Feature guest speaker: Grant Stevens, SA Police Commissioner, and Breakthrough Board Member
