Manage Problem Employees - Friday 2 May: Handle difficult conversations and behaviours with confidence.
Manage Stress at Work - Friday 16 May: Prioritise well-being for yourself and your team while staying productive.

You’ll gain practical tools to apply immediately in your workplace, with expert guidance and ongoing support to ensure your success.
