Gotcha4Life Mateship Miles Brunch
Description
Gotcha4Life is hitting the road and getting amongst regional areas to help build mental fitness with the Mateship Miles roadshow on the Nine Network’s TODAY show seen locally on the WIN Network.
Let’s face it, regional areas have had a tough time of late with fires, floods, COVID-19 and need our support to get them mentally strong and back on their feet.
The Mateship Miles roadshow aims to showcase the importance of building mental fitness and meaningful mateship, and social and emotional connections within the community. The Mateship Miles roadshow will take Gotcha4Life Founder Gus Worland and TODAY’s Karl Stefanovic on a mission from Victoria to New South Wales. Its final regional stop will be Wollongong on Friday 22nd April.
Immediately after the Today Show, on Friday 22nd April, the HIM Committee will host the Gotcha4Life Mateship Miles Brunch to celebrate the end of Mateship Miles. Karl and Gus will take to the stage and talk about mental fitness, the value of mates looking out for mates, their experience during the Mateship Miles roadshow and a few stories that should probably stay in the room.
We invite you to join us to take action with your mental fitness and the importance of meaningful mateship. Together we can encourage people to make their mental health a priority so they can lead longer and happier lives.
