    Event description

Join us at the Matihiko Awards, a celebration of Māori contribution in Digital and Tech.

DRESS TO IMPRESS (BLACK TIE OPTIONAL!)

There are two types of tickets:

    1. Hākari Table Seats: These are tickets at a Hākari Table which include a buffet dinner, dessert and drinks throughout the night.

There are 10 seats at each table. Please contact us if you would like to purchase a whole table and we can provide you with an invoice for payment (email us at: tehaporimatihiko@gmail.com).

      2. Kaitautoko Seats: These seats are in the upstairs area on the first floor, and are a more cost effective option for our hapori and their whānau. The upstairs viewing area allows you to look over the main events area downstairs, and of course to watch the main stage. For people seated in the upstairs area, we'll have food trucks onsite where you can purchase kai and inu.

        -------------------

Courtesy bus: To ensure our manuhiri get to and from the event safely, there is a courtesy bus option from Wellington Train Station to Te Rauparaha Arena. To ride on the courtesy bus costs $20 return. Please select this ticket option when purchasing your main event ticket. Or, you can simply return to our event ticketing later when you're ready to purchase a seat on the pahi.

        -------------------

Koha: We rely 100% on funding and sponsorship to keep Te Hapori Matihiko operating. Purchasing tickets to this awards event is a koha in itself, however we acknowledge that some of you may want to provide further tautoko. Any additional koha we receive will greatly assist us to create more resources for our Māori in digitech community, and also to deliver more events like this. We know that with more visibility, we can help to grow the number of Māori in digital and tech, and identify future leaders in this space.

Livestream: This event will be livestreamed to our Facebook page @tehaporimatihiko
