We might as well enjoy ourselves, ‘cause isn’t that what life’s about? Such is the philosophy behind Joy Collective, a five piece band who love to play music and share good vibes. Joy Collective is Dylan Wade, Nur Peach, Alexandre Ivanoff, Seonaid Espiner and Danley Tonkin. All accomplished musicians and songwriters from diverse backgrounds, they met in the Coromandel Peninsula and decided to create something special together. Their music is a dynamic medley of all things soulful and heartfelt, taking inspiration from rock, soul, funk, folk, blues, reggae and more. Their lyrics take a positive and inspirational angle, getting real and honest about the human experience, but always designed to uplift. In their music, lyrics and performance, Joy Collective deliver a powerful message of oneness, freedom, hope, love and, above all, joy.

Born and raised on the Coromandel Peninsula, Nur Peach has been singing and
writing songs from a very early age, and had written more than 200 songs
by the time she finished high school. Nur has extensive performance
experience under her belt, both in New Zealand and around the world.
This experience includes performances at the NZ Spirit Festival,
Auckland Folk Festival and the legendary Prana festival, performances in
Israel and busking on the streets of Paris. In 2016, her original song
“Feel The Sun” made her the Waikato regional winner of the Play It
Strange Get Connected songwriting competition, a competition for New
Zealand high-school age students. 2022 singles “Offbeat” and “Cover to
Cover” both had positive receptions, being featured on Indie Music
Center and Muzic.net.nz. Nur's latest single, "Gift From Above,"
features Dylan Wade and was released in February 2022.
