Matrescence
Description
Who are you now you’re a mama?
What shifts have you noticed in your body, your identity, your relationship, your life?
How do YOU feel about it?
And what do you need to support and nourish yourself through this time?
Matrescence is the huge, messy, beautiful process of becoming and growing into ourselves as a mother. It’s BIG – and we weren’t meant to go through it alone.
Join Penny and Helen for a 6-week small group series exploring your experience of matrescence. We’ll explore what matrescence is, offer space to reflect, and share our experiences in a held, non-judgemental space.
Show up as you are. Meaningful connection. Meaningful conversation. A space that’s about you and how YOU are.
Wednesdays Oct 21-Dec 2, 10 am – 12 pm @ Saltbush CFLC
(note no session on Wed 28 due to Saltbush closure)
Non-mobile bubs welcome in session; adjunct care available on request at Saltbush for mobile bubs/older children.
