Mature and Postgraduate Student Networking Session

Join us for a networking session at the Hub Central Mezzanine for postgraduate coursework, postgraduate research, and mature aged students commencing at the University of Adelaide in 2024.

Mature age students, defined as anyone 23 or older, come from all faculties and bring diverse life experiences to their studies. We understand that mature students face unique challenges, whether starting a degree for the first time or returning after time away. Interestingly, 26% of our commencing students are over the age of 25, and 8% are over the age of 35. Many find that their experience and life skills, including higher motivation, stronger commitment, and better time management, make them well-suited for academic success.

Take this opportunity to connect with your fellow students, hear from your student association, and enjoy light nibbles and refreshments!
