Come join us and learn mau rākau With springs mokaraka from springs Maori bodywork we are honoured and excited to have Springs come to the Sunshine Coast to share his knowledge with us.
Mau Rākau is a traditional Māori martial art and this unique event gives you the opportunity to learn the ancestral practices, values and protocols of the warrior.
You'll learn about Māori culture and traditions, gain new skills and have fun in an inclusive learning environment while you develop a specialised skill set, and help to preserve the rich culture and art of the warrior.
You will also be nourished with a steamed hangi for lunch all plant based
