Mauri Tau is a guided journey through the stages of creation
We begin in Te Kore — the great nothingness, the void of infinite potential.

From there, we move into Te Pō — the long night, the sacred darkness where seeds are nourished, where deep remembering lives.

Then we rise into Te Wēu, where the roots of life form connects us to whakapapa, to whenua, to vibration.

Then into Te Kukune – where energy gathers for creation.

and expands into Te Pupuke – the swelling and expansion toward birth.

then experiencing the pure energy of Te Hihiri – the vibration. radiance and life force.

And finally, we emerge into Te Ao Mārama — the world of light, clarity, embodiment, and breath.

Through sound, breath, and the intelligence of the body, we follow the blueprint of creation as it lives within us.
This is a returning to rhythm, to presence, to mauri.

This 2 hour trauma-informed experience invites you to reconnect with yourself, your body, and the whenua through a powerful fusion of breathwork, traditional Māori practice, sound healing, and energetic transformation.

Level 2 spinal energetics takes you beyond release—into integration, emergence, and embodiment.

Like the lotus, we rise from the mud—not in spite of it, but because of it.

Together we will connect to the mauri of kawakawa, a native plant endemic to Aotearoa and to align the three hearts while merging the wisdom 

of Te Rau Aroha Alignment to bring balance:

Whatumanawa – the all-seeing heart

Manawa – the all-feeling heart

Pūmanawa – the all-knowing heart

This is a space for:

   Letting go of old stories held in the body

   Rooting back into the land and your breath

   Opening to transformation in a supported, sacred space

   Connecting to the wisdom of native plant medicine

 Before booking your tickets please read the following CONTRAINDICATIONS 

Any of the following is unsuitable to receive Spinal Energetics:

• Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis) 

• Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, antipsychotic)
• Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries
• Epilepsy 

• History or diagnosis of aneurysms 

• Cardiovascular problems 

• History of seizures 

• Severe Asthma 

• Heart disease 

• Heart conditions 

• Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, or spiritual emergence within the past three years
• Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect their ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
• Pregnancy/ Postpartum

Unsuitable during the first and third trimesters of pregnancy and during the first 3-6 months of postpartum.

Children. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Children between 13-18 need to have their guardian present during treatment.

Elderly
Spinal Energetics can treat clients up to the age of 75. 

For the native plant kawakawa: Not to ingest if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, on blood thinners like warfarin or aspirin or have an allergy to pepper.

Any of the following is unsuitable to receive Breathwork:

• Cardiovascular disease (angina, previous heart attacks, or strokes)
• Detached retina
• Glaucoma
• Aneurysm in brain or abdomen
• Kidney disease
• Severe Asthma
• Epilepsy
• Any other medical, physical or psychiatric condition which would impair or affect the ability to involve in deep physical and emotional release.
