Feast on a weekend of deep listening, conscious dance, movement as mihi and creative expression.

Facilitated by experienced Open Floor teachers Jaime Howell and Kaia Hawkins.

We begin Friday night with an Open Community dance for all of you to attend and be part of. Jaimie and Kaia combine forces to weave one magical soundscape to lift off/kick off/raise the roof of this workshop. Join us only for the Friday night or you could take your space in this circle and feast on the work of these two teachers this weekend.

The workshop starts Saturday and runs through to Sunday lunchtime.

You will be led into an inquiry where your movement meets your life force.

What part of you knows wisdom?

If your soul could speak and move, who would show up and how might our community feel ?

Friday 7-9.30pm Community dance for all

Open to all with a warm welcome for people new to conscious dance and a nau mai hoki mai to those who already know.

Weekend Workshop Format

Friday night 7-9.30pm

Saturday 10am-5pm and then 7-9.30pm through to Sunday 10-1pm

You can buy a ticket for the whole weekend or just friday night.
