Join us for an accommodation catch-up and member discussion focused on one of the biggest challenges (and opportunities) in our industry - Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).

We all want to hold on to as much of our hard-earned revenue as possible, and that desire only grows when dealing with the likes of Booking.com, Expedia, and other OTAs. By better understanding how these platforms operate, you can shift the dynamic from a necessary evil to a more mutually beneficial relationship.

We’re thrilled to welcome Amy Billaney, Managing Director of Rooms Online, who will share her expert insights on topics like:

Why having a 100% complete OTA profile isn’t enough
How to use promotions to increase visibility
Staying ahead of the rate game with recent OTA changes

This will be an interactive seminar, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and dive into your own challenges or wins.

**Rooms Online was named Supplier of the Year at the 2024 Hospitality New Zealand Awards for Excellence and is a proud HNZ Affiliate Supplier.

We’d love for you to join us!
