    Welcoming all UTS International students. 

    If you want to know how to get better results for your assignments and subjects and secure a job in Australia, we are running a series of informative and fun activities and workshops on the 5th December 2023 (Tuesday) from 10:45 am – 3 pm to help you make the most of your student life here at UTS to further your career in Australia.

    We know that you may have heard of some of these student support services during Orientation but I’m sure you may have all forgotten what they are, hence The Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) are collaborating with HELPS, Careers, International Student Centre, and respective Student Societies are holding this special day of information sessions and activities to showcase all the relevant Student Support Services – What, Why, Where and How.

    How to network and make friends, do well in your studies and prepare yourself for your future career featuring Student Societies, UTS HELPS etc

    We are running a session on “How to Find an Internship (Communication)” after the 2:45 pm break which we strongly encourage you to attend as well. You will need to register separately here.

    Who should attend this session:

    If you are a domestic student and would like to learn about some of these support services, you are welcome to register as well, though noting that not all information will be relevant to you, though we believe you will still get a lot from the day.

    Note: Lunch and a tea break are included in these workshops.
