Dr Jemma King has a PhD (Human Behaviour) BB Man (Honours) BSc (Psychology) The University of Queensland and is an Honorary Research Fellow, UQ School of Psychology. She has a great way of explaining science in an easy digestible way and gives you tools and techniques that you can apply in your life. She has worked with Olympic athletes Fortune 500 companies, CEOS and Special Forces Australian Army.

Danielle Smith is Wim Hof Certified Instructor, Wim Hof Academy Teacher, Wim Hof Research Instructor and has worked in the Wellness industry for 10 years. She has worked with professional sports teams, CEOS, Corporate companies all over Australia, worked at Gwinganna Health retreat and ran a range of her own retreats all over Australia.
