Learning Outcomes

The May sessions will give state educational agency (SEA) and local educational agency (LEA) leaders, business officers, and program directors an opportunity to increase their federal grant administration knowledge with the following sessions:

  • Session 1: Navigating Uncertainty - Risk Management and Fraud Prevention

  • Session 2: Understanding the Supplement Not Supplant Rules
    Date: Wednesday, May 21, 2025
    Time: 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (PT) / 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. (ET)
  • Session 3: Single Audit for Cash Management and Program Income
    Date: Thursday, May 22, 2025
    Time: 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. (PT) / 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (ET)
  • Session 4: Federal Procurement Rules - Conflict of Interest, Suspension and Debarment
    Date: Thursday, May 22, 2025
    Time: 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (PT) / 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. (ET)

Pricing

  • Individual Rate: $120 per session

This fee includes admission for one person to the selected session(s), all training materials from the live webinar, and access to the recorded training session for up to 90 days.

Earn CPE Credits

WestEd is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor for CPE on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have ultimate authority on accepting individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

Participants can receive up to eight (8) CPE credit hours upon completion of the winter and spring training, which is included in the above cost.

Payment Options

You may pay registration fees with a credit card, check, or purchase order. Check and purchase order payments are processed offline for both general and team registrations.

  • To pay with a Credit Card, select the "Credit Card", "Google Pay", or "PayPal" options.
  • To pay with a Check or Purchase order, select the "Invoice" option. You will receive an invoice you can use to generate a purchase order.
