May 2026 Positive HR Forum - GEN Z & GEN ALPHA AT WORK

Forum for HR Professionals to network, share information and learn about topics specific to employee wellbeing & engagement.

The Positive HR Forum meets on a bi-monthly basis. The aim of our forum is to bring together expertise from different business sectors to share knowledge and experiences specific to employee engagement and wellbeing.

Each meeting we focus on a different engagement and/or wellbeing topic. Guest speakers are invited to present different elements of the topic from an expert, personal or business perspective.

Our topic this month is GEN Z & GEN ALPHA AT WORK.

We're delighted to welcome Selina Rudzik - Recruitment Queen of Recruitment Robin Ltd and Lyndsey Cherry, Head of Engagements & Partnerships at Newcastle and Stafford College Group who are joining forces with L&D facilitator and coach Jo Cotton of Jo Cotton Associates Limited, as our speakers.

Lyndsey and Selina bring their experience of recruiting and training graduates and apprentices, while Jo brings her experience of developing leaders at all levels, from apprentice and graduate programmes through to senior leadership. Together, they'll support you to explore how to bridge generational divides, rethink the employee lifecycle, and translate real-world insight from Gen Z and Gen Alpha talent into practical, future-ready people strategies.

Attendees welcome at our forum:

• HR Leaders / Consultants

• People Leaders (with HR accountability)

• Engagement & Wellbeing Specialists

• Associated service providers (whose services are primarily specific to HR Leaders)

MLM COMPANIES - Due to the nature of the forum we do not feel that this is the right forum for you to promote your products/services.
