Join us for 6 week block of 90 minute Beginners Yoga classes at Common Earth Studio, Guildford.

Classes run 6:30-8:00 pm every Monday from May 5th until June 16th 2025.

(Please note, no class on Monday 2nd June due to Public Holiday)

Receive a solid grounding in yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathwork) and physical alignment in the foundation postures of a Hatha Yoga practice. This course unfolds at a relaxed pace with the total newbie to yoga in mind. Each week includes an alignment lab (mini-workshop) on one of the key foundational poses of a Hatha Yoga practice. You will learn and apply the basic principles of forward folding, balancing, back bending, twisting and transitioning safely between poses. Over the 6 week series, we weave the poses together into gentle flowing sequences. Don’t understand what all that means? You soon will.
