Breath Beats was created after some friends came together and decided they wanted more fun, no drugs or alcohol, just free movement and the power of the breath. This will be an amazing night of dance, breathing, celebration and honouring of self and community.

You will be guided through dance and breathing techniques, allowing you to tap into your body and letting go of your mind. Your movement is unique to you as you let go and let your body take over. This event is to let go of stuck emotions, physical body pain, old belief patterns, rest the monkey mind, let go of stress, feel connection in a room of dancers, sense of freedom and to just have some fun!

**Wear comfortable clothes and or dress up.

**Bring a water bottle.

**The music is electronic, from a playlist.
