Debbie Lim Creative is a holistic wellness coach and Franklin's newest Breathwork Facilitator in training currently completing her 200 hours with an internationally accredited breathwork modality Elevare Breathwav. Debbie is also a life and business coach, a Reiki Master and teacher and Kanika therapy pratitioner.

A Breathwork Journey is a profound healing opportunity for you to access through the simplicity and power of your breath. Breathwork is a powerful healing tool for the mental, physical, spiritual and emotional bodies. This is not a "how to breathe correctly" class - this is a journey deep into yourself to unwind areas in your body and life that have become discordant and bring them back into harmony.

Sessions are up to 3 hours, with opening and closing circles which assist with intention setting and integration. You do not need any special skills or training. Full instruction is given.

Dress in comfortable, warm clothing and bring a blanket, water bottle and your journal. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get set up as the doors will be locked at 6:30pm.
