Catherine Moore, sports physiotherapist, and Andre Garraud, Pilates instructor, invite you to the Moore Health Clinic to attend a ground-breaking breathing workshop.

We will teach you proven breathing techniques from the school of the Buteyko and the oxygen advantage methods, which have been crafted through 35 years of research. The breathing techniques aim to optimise your health and fitness, reduce stress, and anxiety and calm the mind. In this workshop, you will experience a fresh understanding of your nervous system and you will take away a new outlook on how to use your breath to change your state and improve your well-being.
