Workshop Activity
Relax in the lovely surroundings of Wayfarers Arcade Enjoy exploring art materials as you create your final painting, drawing or decorative pattern. Suitable for Adults.
What do I need to take part?
A variety of drawing and painting materials will be provided, plus a lovely ‘May nature table’
of leaves, flowers, and foliage,
but please also bring along a selection of seasonal items that inspire you, plus art tools that you enjoy using.
The activity aims to be playful and fun.
Sketching and playing with materials:
• Have fun working alongside others and sharing creative ideas
in a relaxing environment
• Identify and record the colours of May in your artwork
• Enjoy exploring art materials whilst sketching the shapes
and re-creating the marks and textures you see.
• Embrace your playfulness and the process of mark making.
