Event description
Join us for our May Lifestyle Lunch at The Maid Hotel.
You can invite your Lifestyle Attendant to come along on the day to support you, they can also join in and have lunch with you.
The cost of your main course and soft drinks will be covered by Enhanced Lifestyles. Any alcoholic beverages or dessert, which will need to be paid for by Customers and Lifestyle Attendants.
There are only 25 spaces available so register now.
There is a maximum of two tickets per order, one for yourself and another for the individual providing you support on the day
