Three part course:

Week 1 - Thursday 30th MAY 6.30pm-8.30pm: Reconnecting to your MIND.

Week 2 - Thursday 6th JUNE 6.30pm-8.30pm: Reconnecting to your BODY.

Week 3 - Thursday 13th JUNE 6.30pm-8.30pm: Reconnecting to your HEART.

Easy session offers two hours to inquire, observe and reconnect through Somatic embodiment, Yin yoga, Cacao and breathwork.

Yin yoga offers us slow lengthening of myofascial space within the body.

This gentle meditative practice explores longer holds, soft somatic movement.

An opportunity to slow down and tune in, as the heart calls for resting, know the body will receive the stretches and releases its been longing for. Leaving you reconnected.
