for an authentic and interactive Chinese Dumpling (jiaozi) making party with us at Bleu Duck Kitchen
What to Expect
- Class Time 2 Hours
- Food Guidelines have various food allergens in them. Please let us know ahead of time of any food allergies and we will try our best to accommodate
- Cutting Boards, Knives, Aprons, Cooking Pans and Utensils will be provided.
Class Syllabus
- Get your hands doughy and fold some delicious and juicy pork dumplings
- Learn to cook the dumplings cooked two ways-boiled and pan fried
- Enjoy delicious sides with dumplings
- Drink something of our choice that pairs well with dumplings – TBD😊
