When I think about melodic mantras, I always come back to the word abracadabra: I create as I speak.

That’s the truth of it.

So many women are looping thoughts all day long.

The same old stories, the same worries, the same frustrations.

That’s the mind on autopilot. But when we use melodic mantras, something changes.

We take those stuck, swirling thoughts and bring them into the body.

We let them move through our voice and that’s where the shift happens.

This isn’t about having a “good voice.”

It’s not singing for performance. It’s activation. It’s expression.

It’s a beautiful, somatic tool to clear energy, to calm the mind and to reconnect to the truth that lives inside us.

When we use our voice like this, we actually help switch off the busy parts of the brain.

We regulate the nervous system. We stimulate the vagus nerve, which helps us move out of stress and into presence, safety and clarity.

Yes, as women, we talk all the time. But when it comes to speaking our deepest truths. The things that make us feel vulnerable, powerful, or “too much” so many of us often hold back.

We fear how others will receive us. We fear being misunderstood.

We fear being judged for being real. That’s why this magic is needed to be created and shared at circles.

This month, we will:

Work with bija mantras, the ancient seed sounds connected to each energy centre in the body.

Play with voice, sound, and movement and embodiment in a fun, gentle way.

Explore how melodic mantras can clear looping thoughts and stagnant energy.

Reflect and share in a safe, nurturing space.

Experience a beautiful guided meditation and activation.

There will be flowers.

Candles.

Magic.
