This transformative class, focused on pelvic wellness, digestive health, and self-care, introduces you to the powerful techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy, as taught by Dr. Rosita Arvigo, DN.

In this workshop, you'll learn how to support abdominal and pelvic health, including digestion, pelvic and back pain, menstrual imbalances, fertility, incontinence, and self-love. Whether you're preparing for conception, navigating menopause, or anywhere in between or beyond, these practices offer meaningful support to optimize your health and nurture your well-being. You’ll learn about your body in ways you may never have before, coming to know it through the lens of love and care.

Through hands-on massage techniques, anatomy exploration, ritual practices and the sacred wisdom of the Maya lineage, we will create a healing circle to deepen your connection with your sacred female body. As you release discomfort and reconnect with your womb (or wombspace), you may awaken vitality, enhance self-love and invite more pleasure into your life. These ancient practices are also deeply healing for those who've had a hysterectomy.

You will leave with practical techniques and tools for lifelong holistic pelvic care and whole-body wellness, helping you feel more connected, empowered and at home in your body.

A short list of other conditions supported by Maya Abdominal Therapy are: hormonal changes, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, painful sex, endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, cysts, healing from miscarriage, constipation, low libido, anxiety, trauma… While I can’t guarantee the outcome, I wholeheartedly believe healing is possible for you. I have seen and felt it myself.

The class time includes 6 hours of instruction, guided practice, and discussion.

About Your Facilitator, Jade Groff

Jade Groff, CNM, LMT, is a Women’s Pelvic Care & Hormonal Wellness Practitioner and Educator, Somatic Coach, and Founder of the Pelvic Harmony Method, with over 30 years of experience. She supports women from preconception through menopause in resolving pelvic symptoms, hormonal imbalances, and trauma through holistic, body-centered care.

At the heart of her work is the relationship between the pelvis and the nervous system. Weaving the practical with the spiritual, Jade integrates modalities such as Maya Abdominal Therapy, herbal medicine, flower essences, and conscious movement to guide women through life’s transitions, reconnecting with their body, womb center, and feminine wisdom. Her approach is grounded and intuitive, empowering women on what she calls the living healing journey, restoring trust, health, and wholeness. Her vision is for every woman to have both practical tools and her own inner medicine to care for herself with love and honor.
