Visionary Remy Savage, together with award-winning bartender Harrison Kenney, are bringing world-renowned bars to Sydney, each inspired by distinctive artistic movements. These include London's acclaimed establishment 🔶🟥🔵 ranked #35 on the World's 50 Best list, alongside the eagerly awaited Parisian gem, Bar Nouveau.
As part of this year’s Maybe Cocktail Festival program, 🔶🟥🔵 and Bar Nouveau will be taking over Maybe Sammy with a curated menu in collaboration with Diplomatico, Saturday 13 April.
