Founded in 2013 by Iain McPherson (Panda), a renowned bartender, along with his family, Panda & Sons has been dedicated to promoting inclusivity and delivering exceptional Scottish hospitality to patrons of every demographic. At the heart of the establishment's philosophy lies a commitment to innovation, notably in the realm of sub-zero flavour techniques, as they believe there's still vast culinary terrain to explore beyond freezing methods. Recognised for their efforts, Panda & Sons secured #39 spot on the prestigious list of the World’s 50 Best Bars.
As part of this year’s Maybe Cocktail Festival program, Panda & Son’s founder Iain McPherson will be taking over Kasbah with a curated menu in collaboration with Maker’s Mark and Basil Hayden, Saturday 13 April.
