Join beer experts for a personalised tour of Maylands showcasing WA breweries over three hours in four venues.
Niche tour operator Hidden deTours proudly promotes WA breweries launching Perth’s first Urban Brewery Tour by bus in 2019 crafted with local brewers, available once a month. They are also the crew behind Beer Chats with Brewers – a free virtual online event interviewing new breweries in Perth.
The team are excited to shine a light on four epic venues and six WA breweries on their new tour, the Maylands Beer Walk. All venues featured are huge WA beer supporters – Commune Wine Store (Sat 4 June – Nowhereman Brewing Co and Sat 11 June – Beerfarm), Henry on Eighth (Sat 4 June – Campus Brewing and Sat 11 June – Impi Brewing), Liquor Barons Maylands (Sat 4 June and Sat 11 June – Freestyle Brewing) and Seasonal Brewing Co. Each venue will showcase a WA brewery with a suite of tastings delivered by staff or brewery reps.
Your ticket includes:
- Ample quality craft beer tastings in three venues and one brewery
- Tastings guided by knowledgeable beer professionals
- Delicious grazing snacks in two venues
- A ‘behind the scenes’ brewery tour at Seasonal Brewing Co.
- A local tour guide who is passionate about beer and actively involved in the beer industry.
This is not a self-guided tour. Take a casual afternoon stroll through this vibrant suburb with beer ambassadors and tour guides – Chris @the_barcyde (Sat 4 June) and Brendan @thebeereconomist (Sat 11 June), as they show you the best that Maylands has to offer whilst sharing their passion and knowledge for beer.
The meeting point is the Maylands Train Station underpass area at 2pm. Dietary requirements may be catered for if Hidden deTours is advised a week before the event date and may incur an additional fee which is on-charged from venues.
