The Maitland Business Chamber will be inviting experts in different fields that can answer questions about topics that the local business community are facing.

As a business owner herself, Rani brings a practical approach to issues and concerns faced by other business owners. Rani also has a background in asset protection and structuring, which allows her to advise in relation to which business structure best suits a client’s needs.

Jane McConville, Director of FiveSeven Consulting

Jane McConville is the Director and Principal Consultant of FiveSeven Consulting. Jane founded FiveSeven in 2017 and has been working in the Industrial and Employee Relations space for over 20 years. Jane holds a Bachelor of Laws and Environmental Science, is an accredited DISC Consultant and is a certified Private Investigator.

With a passion for strategic thinking, problem solving, and helping businesses grow and modernise their processes, FiveSeven was created to empower business leaders to identify and develop commercially savvy strategic HR, IR and Business pathways.
