Guest Speaker, Amanda Cahill of The Next Economy

"Amanda Cahill - as seen on the ABC's Q&A and various national radio appearances. Has inspired regional communities through economic transitions like the one the Hunter faces over the next 10-20 year.

Amanda will discuss the economic future and what opportunities lie ahead for the Hunter Region to maintain our strong economic status as the world moves away from fossil fuels.

Ahead of a trip to Canberra to take part in the Prime Minister's Jobs Summit, Amanda will talk about what similar regional economies are doing and how they are progressing to ensure everyone is protected and communities flourish.
