A fluid movement experience inspired by the ocean and the oyster.

Through breath-led, flowing sequences, we mirror the rhythm of the tides—opening, softening, strengthening. Like oysters cleansing their waters, we move to renew and clear from within.

This session is an invitation to move less like work, and more like a returning—to your own tides, your own waters, your own way.
