Vividh is a customer advocate with over seven years of experience in operational excellence, efficiency improvement, and revenue maximisation. He has worked at both MNCs and scale-ups, where he excelled in complex commercial negotiations and delivered real value for customers and the organisation. He is passionate about solving challenging problems, learning new skills, and collaborating with diverse teams. He holds a Masters degree in International Business from the University of Sydney. 

He is now the Operations Manager at Golden Bridge Advisory, a Sydney based global company.
