Event description

Come learn everything you need to plan for a year of wellness in 2025. Join mdc at the YMCA for elevated nonalcoholic beverages, networking, and a panel discussion with Minneapolis wellness experts. Our panelists include:

  • Jennifer Menk, Executive Director, YMCA of the North
  • Kenya McKnight Ahad, CEO and Founder, Black Women's Wealth Alliance and ZaRah Integrated Root Center
  • Jen Veralle, Cofounder, Zero Proof Collective & Sauna and Sobriety
  • Dr. Kari Boudreau, Owner, Ambiente Gallerie Wellness Practice
