A practical branding workshop on how to create meaningful experiences to add further value to your customers and your brand.

In this 2-hour hands-on workshop, we will do a deep dive in the connection between your brand offering and your customers. We will delve on what aspect of your product or services really adds value to your customers lives and what are those ‘moments’ of connection. 

Some call it Value Proposition, some Value Creation, we call it Meaningful branding. This session will help you take your Vision and Purpose further by helping you refocus your strategy into delivering meaningful experiences for your customers, adding value to their lives and therefore to your brand. 

The event includes coffee, tea, and a light breakfast to keep you going!

Raul Sarrot is a multi-disciplinary designer, strategist, design thinking coach, educator and researcher. His international experience has been forged over 25 years working alongside a wide range of commercial and not-for-profit enterprises in Asia Pacific, South America and Europe. Raul is the Director and Founder of Freshfish, his boutique studio specialised in strategy, branding and innovation and also leads a global collective platform for co-creation and innovation. Raul has been a member of the AUT Communication Design Advisory Committee for the last 13 years (which he also chaired for 3 years) and is a Senior Lecturer in a variety of design-related papers both in the AUT Communication Design Department and in the AUT Business School.
