Celebrate World Environment Day this week with Dietitian and Eco-Warrior, Carin Clegg.
If you want to eat a better for your own health and the planet, live more sustainably, be zero waste, plant based without nutrition deficiencies, plastic free or have a passion to make a difference in your community, then this workshop series is for you!
You will:
- Get a better understanding of food sustainability issues
- Learn about more sustainable, plant based food choices and what changes you can make to reduce your footprint on the Earth whilst avoiding nutrition deficiencies.
- Use your newfound knowledge to make a plan of action to put in place some eco-friendly habits in your lifestyle
You will receive workshops hand outs and an e-recipe book, Partying for Our Planet e-book, a handmade upcycled goodie bag with local produce and access to the swap table.
