Description
Does the work of your organisation have social value?
Does it have an impact on your communities?
How do you measure that or convince funders of the value of your work?
Join us to learn about social value, social return on investment, and how you can get started on impact measurement.
This workshop is suitable for those who are just starting out in outcomes and impact measurement, or those would like to know more about how to get started.
Topics will include:
Principles of Social Value
Starting impact measurement and management
What are outcomes?
What questions do you need to ask to start thinking about service or program impact?
Introduction to program logic and theory of change
Your presenters will talk about how they have developed their practice at MRC Tas, and share insights and inspirations from a recent SROI workshop.
Participants will be encouraged to share their perspectives on what social value means to them, and can bring examples of measurements or projects, creating an open dialogue for all levels of experience.
