In October our plant-based tour of world cuisine stops over in CHILE with Cali and friends!
Cali and her friends are super excited to share some plant-based Chilean dishes with us.
The menu is:
Sopaipillas con pebre
Fried breads topped with pebre, a Chilean chopped salsa.
Pastel de choclo veganoÂ
A tasty array of ingredients topped with an amazingly flavorful corn crust.
Semola con caramelo
Creamy semolina dessert smothered in caramel
Come at 4pm if you'd like to cook with us and learn to make the dishes; or 6pm for dinner and entertainment. All are welcome, discounts available for kids and seniors.
Please bring your own plates and cutlery as WRT doesn't have quite enough and it also saves our volunteers from having to do so many dishes!
