Meat Free Mondays Visits Pakistan

Join Meat Free Mondays and Zasha Mahini on July 7 for a plant-based taste of Pakistan!

Zasha is excited to share the magic of her culture and introduce you to some unique Pakistani dishes which you may have never tried (or even heard of) before!

She is still fine tuning the menu but her speciality, Mushroom Karahi, will definitely be included - a melange of mushrooms delicately cooked with tomatoes, chili, coriander and lime. In Pakistan it's apparently considered rude to serve guests only one main dish, so there will be more to come! We welcome volunteers to help us cook for the event - it's a lot of fun and a great way to make new friends while learning first-hand about the dishes. If you'd like to join us, just select the $0 'volunteer' ticket option and we'll be in touch.

As always, we appreciate it if you can bring your own plates and cutlery to make it easy on our dish washers. This is a nonprofit event staffed by volunteers so if you could do us this little favour we'd be very grateful.
