When and where is the retreat?

The retreat will be held May 6 -10 to coincide with Meatstock 2027 (May 7-9) at the Nashville KOA Resort, just 2.2 miles from the Gaylord Convention Center.

What’s included in my stay?

Deluxe cabin accommodations, community meals, access to all KOA amenities and group activities.

Do I need a Meatstock ticket to attend the retreat?

No. You’re welcome to just come hangout and enjoy the comraderie of fellow meat lovers.

How many other people will be in my cabin?

Depending on the cabin you are assigned, there will be a total of 4 - 8 people.

Can my friend(s) and I room together?

Yes. After checking out, there will be a section for special requests and you can add your roommate request there. PLEASE NOTE: This will be subject to availability.

Is this retreat suitable for solo travelers?

ABSOLUTELY! This is the perfect way for solo travelers to have a community to hang out with instead of being alone in a hotel.

Unwind and recharge in deluxe accommodations, gather ‘round grills for community meals, hangout in the hot tub after a long day of learning. In the evening, kick back and listen to some live music or challenge your cabin mates to a game of pickleball or shuffle board. Whatever your choose, there’ll be plenty of good company to do it with—all just 2.2 miles from the Gaylord Convention Center at the beautiful Nashville KOA Resort

What’s included:

Deluxe cabin accommodations. Your choice of a small studio cabin to yourself (VERY limited quantity), a queen size bed to yourself in a shared cabin (also limited quantity), a shared queen bed (perfect for friends and married couples) or a twin bed in the form of a bunk bed. All cabins are air conditioned.
Breakfast and dinner each day. All cabins are equipped with a full kitchen including refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and gas grill. (Studio units have a kitchenette and grill). You'll arrive to find your cabin stocked with plenty of carnivore food for you and your roommates. There will also be group dinners (details to follow).
Shuttle bus transportation to and from Meatstock. Located just 2.2 miles from the Convention Center, you’ll be just a short ride away (or enjoy a nice walk with other Meatstockers)!
Exclusive Meat Me in Nashville T-shirt and Swag Bag.
Access to all KOA amenities. Enjoy a HEATED swimming pool, adults only hot tub, fitness center, pickleball, basketball, mini golf, horseshoes, live music and more!

Queen bed to yourself in shared cabin—Enjoy the comfort and privacy of a queen bed to yourself in a separate bedroom while still communing with roommates.
Price: $1,317.00 (includes all taxes and fees)
Studio cabin with kitchenette and grill (single occupancy)—Perfect for the traveler that loves the idea of a group retreat but also appreciates having their own space at the end of the day.
Price: $1,975.50 (including all taxes and fees)

Due to the limited capacity of the retreat and the advance costs associated with securing accommodations and services, ALL payments are non refundable but you can transfer/sell your reservation to another person anytime before April 15th.
