Dave is a pastor of one of our Albury Presbyterian churches who loves hunting, cooking and eating meat!
This workshop is an introduction to smoking meat using a Kamado Joe. You'll learn the basics of lighting the BBQ, heating requirements along with meat preparation, dry rub mixing & cooking.
Of course, there'll also be some meat sampling too!
Limit of 10 people.
