Ready to be the one who can get a dance floor going? No matter your experience, Aisha Kuryana from the globally-loved dance program GROOV3 has you sorted with a high-energy class that'll get you moving – and having fun!
Starting with a warm-up and deep stretches, you'll be taken through a well-paced choreography to your favourite upbeat tunes, before finishing with a cool-down.
